Q. How do I get a letter confirming my employment for my landlord, bank, etc?
A. To obtain a confirmation of employment, please call your Staffing Supervisor. Be sure to have all the necessary details on hand (contact name, institution, address, etc.) Your Staffing Supervisor will ensure that your letter is prepared and sent to you by email, fax or mail.
Q. How do I obtain my W–2?
A. W–2s are mailed automatically to all temporary employees at the end of January each year. In the event that you do not receive your W–2 during this period, please contact your Staffing Supervisor (link to locations).
Q. Where do I submit address changes?
A. Any changes to your personal information should be submitted to your Staffing Supervisor (link to locations).
Q. How long will it take until my temporary position becomes permanent?
A. Although "temping" often provides the gateway to a permanent position, this is not always the case. In temporary–to–hire positions, the temporary portion of the position varies, depending upon the particular arrangements negotiated with the client. If you are offered a temporary–to–hire position, your Staffing Supervisor can provide specifics on your assignment.
Q. What happens if I have an issue with my assignment?
A. Before acting on any issues you may experience on assignment, please call your Staffing Supervisor who will address the situation with the employer on your behalf.
Q. What can I do if I'm not happy with my temp position?
A. Before acting on any issues you may experience on assignment, please call your Staffing Supervisor to discuss the matter.
Q. If I am injured on the job, what do I do?
A. If you have been injured on the job, please report the incident to your worksite supervisor immediately and then inform your Staffing Supervisor (link to locations). Prompt and accurate fact gathering is critical at this time. For your protection, you should prepare a report in writing, in order that we can file a Workers' Comp claim on your behalf.

A. For any questions or difficulties regarding payroll, please call your Staffing Supervisor at your local office – for a list of locations click here.
Q. How do I determine what jobs are available?
A. This site contains postings for all the jobs currently available and it is updated continually, so we encourage you to visit on a regular basis.
Your Staffing Supervisor is also a great resource. Do not hesitate to call periodically to ask about exciting new opportunities.
Q. I would like to apply for a position I saw in the newspaper/online.
A. When you see a position you are interested in be sure to take down the contact name mentioned in the posting, as well as any other specifics (e.g. job site and reference number). Then call or email your Staffing Supervisor to express your interest.
